1. Educational Use Only All Suture Master™ products, including instruments and pads, are strictly intended for simulation and training purposes on synthetic materials. These are not medical devices and are not for clinical or human use.

2. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property Access to the Surgical Mastery Trilogy™ and technical guides is granted immediately upon purchase. This access constitutes full delivery of the digital portion of your order. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment By completing a purchase, you are authorizing the shipment of physical goods and the immediate delivery of digital assets.

• Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped via trackable services (USPS/UPS) to destinations nationwide.

• Confirmation: Digital access is fulfilled automatically once payment is confirmed via our secure checkout.

4. Pricing and Promotions We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions, including the "Deluxe Upgrade" discount, at any time based on inventory availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Hardware Returns Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unused and factory-sealed. Due to sanitary and safety standards, opened simulation pads or instruments cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee applies to all hardware returns.

6. Agreement By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Return Policy.
