Refund Return Policy

1. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property All digital content, including The Surgical Mastery Trilogy™, technical guides, and OTO (One-Time Offer) masterclasses, are high-value intellectual property delivered immediately upon purchase. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

2. The "Bonus Retention" Rule Digital products included as "Free Bonuses" in any bundle (Elite, Deluxe, or Premium) are only complimentary while the physical hardware purchase is maintained. In the event of a qualifying hardware return, the retail value of the digital assets consumed will be deducted from the refund total as follows:

• Elite Signature Bundle: $79.00 (Full Trilogy Access)

• OTO Special Offer: $29.99

• Foundations Vol #1 (Standard): $19.99

• Advanced Vol #2 (Standard): $24.99

• Excellence Vol $3 (Standard): $29.99

3. Hardware Returns (Physical Kits) Returns for physical components are accepted within 30 days under the following strict safety protocols:

• Factory-Sealed Condition: Due to medical simulation safety standards, any breach of the tamper-evident factory seal immediately renders the kit non-returnable. We do not accept "open-box" returns under any circumstances.

• Refund Calculation: Refund = (Total Paid) – (Retail Value of Digital Assets) – (15% Restocking Fee).

• Shipping: Return shipping costs and tracking are the sole responsibility of the customer.
